FLIGHT SIMULATOR: Construction has begun on the SimPro flight simulator facility located on 3.5 acres in the Whitney Mesa Business Park in Henderson.

The 40,000-square-foot project is being built by TWC Construction and will be operational by October, said Mark Bushaw, SimPro's vice president of technical services.

The company will provide commercial airlines and corporate simulator operators with a training ground for pilots and flight attendants on a variety of aircraft.

MILLION-DOLLAR HOMES
The following million-dollar home sales were reported last week by Luxury Homes of Las Vegas:

• $1.54 million, 5,135 square feet, 3060 Red Arrow Drive, golf course, city and mountain views with a casita in Red Rock Country Club.

• $1.45 million, 6,295 square feet, 10005 Moon Valley Place, European-style home in Summerlin with city and mountain views.

• $1.15 million, 3,968 square feet, 9268 Tournament Canyon, one story on the golf course in Summerlin.

• $1.05 million, 5,000 square feet, 1613 Iron Ridge Drive, golf and mountain views in Canyon Gate Country Club.

• $1.02 million, 4,800 square feet, 808 Petit Chalet Court, limestone floors and partial city views in Queensridge.
